Tyler Norwood Episode 2

In this video

Tyler Norwood got his start in door-to-door in North Carolina. It took him two full weeks to commit, but once he did, he went all in. From there he helped build seven offices across five states, mostly from the ground up and by developing people internally.

In this episode, Tyler breaks down the onboarding system he uses to set new reps up to win: the "treasure map" that uncovers what actually drives each person, why you should never assume people know what to do, and how asking reps to hold themselves accountable changes everything. He also talks about the sophomore slump, hiring for grit, and what motivates reps when money isn't the driver.
